How ASO Atlas billing works: one flat plan billed monthly or yearly, Stripe Checkout, managing your card and invoices, and cancelling.

ASO Atlas keeps billing deliberately simple: there is one plan with everything included, and you only choose how often you want to be billed. This page explains how subscribing works, how to manage your payment details, and what happens when you cancel.

One plan, two billing cycles

Every subscription includes the full product: unlimited apps and keywords, daily rank tracking, 60+ country storefronts, opportunity scoring, competitor analysis, the metadata optimizer, review insights and historical trend charts. There are no tiers, seats or usage limits to think about.

You pick a billing cycle:

Prices are in USD. There is no free trial, but the free ASO tools let you try real keyword data before you pay, and the yearly plan is the cheaper way in if you already know you will stick around.

Subscribing

A new account lands on the plan picker right after signup, because the app itself sits behind the subscription. From there:

  1. Choose monthly or yearly.
  2. Click Continue to payment. You are taken to Stripe Checkout, a hosted payment page. ASO Atlas never sees or stores your card details.
  3. Pay. Stripe sends you straight back to your dashboard and your account is unlocked.

The checkout page accepts promotion codes, so if you have one, enter it there. If you close checkout without paying, nothing is charged and you can pick a plan again whenever you are ready.

Once you are in, the quick start guide gets you from an empty account to tracked keywords in about five minutes.

Managing your subscription

Everything after the first payment happens in Settings → Billing. It shows your current plan and its status, and the Manage billing button opens the Stripe billing portal, where you can:

  • update or replace your payment card
  • switch between the monthly and yearly plan
  • download past invoices and receipts
  • cancel your subscription

The portal is hosted by Stripe and returns you to your billing settings when you are done.

Invoices and receipts

Stripe emails a receipt for every payment, and every past invoice is available in the billing portal under Manage billing. If you need invoices for accounting, download them there; they are generated by Stripe and reflect exactly what was charged.

Your account email is your billing email: receipts and any payment notifications go to the address you signed up with. You can change it in Settings → Profile.

Cancelling

You can cancel any time from the billing portal, no email or support ticket required. Cancelling does not cut you off immediately:

  • Your subscription stays fully active until the end of the period you already paid for.
  • Your billing settings show the exact date access ends.
  • No further payments are taken after that date.

Your data (tracked apps, keywords, ranking history) is not deleted when the subscription lapses. If you resubscribe later, you pick up where you left off, and rank tracking resumes from the day you return.

If a payment fails

When a renewal payment fails, Stripe retries the charge and emails you a link to update your card. Fixing the card in the billing portal is usually all it takes. If the payment cannot be collected, the subscription ends and the app locks until you subscribe again.

What stays free

The public side of ASO Atlas does not require a subscription: the free ASO tools offer a limited number of keyword lookups without an account, and the docs, comparison pages and the Mac app download page are open to everyone. The subscription is what unlocks the full workspace: tracking, research, history and everything described in the rest of these docs.
