Every export includes the 6.9-inch iPhone size (1320 x 2868) required by App Store Connect, plus an auto-scaled 6.5-inch set (1242 x 2688), as PNGs in a single ZIP.
Is the screenshot generator free?

Do keywords in screenshots improve rankings?
No. Apple does not index screenshot text, so captions do not affect where you rank. They strongly affect conversion: people tap when the first screenshot mirrors what they searched for.
